The Cadre School is not just a training session—it is a rite of passage for members of UCF. It is where:
New and existing members deepen their understanding of UCF’s mission

All UCF members are required to complete cadre training
Youth members (Young Cadres)
Newly elected executives at constituency, regional, and national levels
Partner organizations and affiliate volunteers may be invited to attend

Certificate of Completion issued upon graduation

Graduates of the Cadre School are:
Appointed into leadership roles within UCF structures
Recommended as trainers for outreach programs
Eligible for special initiatives such as national task forces, civic forums, and public representation
