Through our Young Cadres wing, we organize impactful training initiatives across Ghana that prepare participants not just to survive, but to lead.
🧑🏽💼 Youth Empowerment & Leadership Development
Preparing the next generation of leaders and change-makers.
We believe young people are not the future—they are the now. Our youth-centered programs equip participants with essential tools in entrepreneurship, civic leadership, and conflict resolution.
Practical, hands-on sessions in:
Business planning & startup strategy
Financial literacy & bookkeeping
Market research & pitching
Workshops covering:
Mediation & negotiation techniques
Conflict de-escalation in communities
Civic peacebuilding skills
Courses that instill:
Public speaking & confidence
Community mobilization & advocacy
Pan-African consciousness & ethics
All trainings include mentorship, project work, and participation certificates.
🌾 Agricultural Skills & Livelihood Training
Modern farming for sustainable income and food security.
Agriculture remains a cornerstone of Ghana’s development. UCF works with young farmers to build skills in both traditional and innovative agri-practices—ensuring food security, self-employment, and rural transformation.
Hands-on programs in:
Poultry farming (layers & broilers)
Piggery and goat rearing
Tilapia and catfish farming systems
Modules include:
Cassava, maize, vegetable cultivation
Irrigation, soil management & post-harvest care
Agro-processing (e.g., gari, cassava flour, herbal soap)
Empowering farmers to:
Understand value chains
Access markets & cooperatives
Use digital tools for farm management

An internal learning hub for committed cadres and leaders.
