The United Cadres Front, through its youth wing—Young Cadres—has launched a 5-day Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Bootcamp in Ho, aimed at equipping young leaders with practical mediation and negotiation skills. Over 80 participants from 5 regions attended, with trainers drawn from legal, traditional, and civil society institutions.
